GRANULAR VULCANISED RUBBER PRODUCTS ( GVG)
Spent tyre recycling results in rubber granules and rubber powders. By mechanical shredding, rubber waste is reduced to the appropriate size to allow the reuse
HARMONIC STEEL
The harmonic steel present in the tire is very solid and resistant, and is formed by silicon with a high carbon content in percentage of 0.80-0.90%. Once produced, the steel is hardened, that is annealed in oil at 780-800, through a process called quenching. Thanks to this, the harmonic steel becomes plastic and acquires greater elasticity.
TEXTILE
Our company pays particular attention to the textile element that is obtained from tyre recovery. This peculiarity allows the use of the material obtained, in industries. This process also generates new sources of energy used on an industrial field.
